  • Delivery within India generally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.

  1. Returns, Replacements and Size Exchange
  • Customers must follow Eppa’s Return & Replacement Policy for damaged or defective products.
  • For a damaged or defective product, a clear parcel unboxing video may be required to process the claim.
  • Size exchange requests can be made within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The customer must raise a size exchange request, which will be verified and approved by Eppa.
  • After approval, the customer will be required to pay a ₹100 size exchange fee.
  • Once the exchange fee is received, the replacement size will be dispatched.
  • Size exchange is subject to product availability and applicable exchange conditions.
  • No cash refund will be provided for damaged, defective, or size-exchange requests unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, delivery address, mobile number, email address, and PIN code.
  • Customers should carefully check the product size and other order details before placing an order.
  • Customers must follow the care and usage instructions provided with the product.
