At Eppa, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation terms below.

  1. Order Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation of their order before the order has been shipped/dispatched.

To request cancellation, please contact Eppa customer support as soon as possible with your order details.

  1. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped/dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

If you no longer wish to receive the order after dispatch, you may have to accept the delivery and then follow Eppa’s applicable Return/Exchange Policy, if eligible.

  1. Cancellation After Delivery

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been delivered.

For eligible product issues, defects, or size-related requests, customers can refer to Eppa’s Return & Exchange Policy.

  1. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been made, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

The refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway or bank and may take several business days to reflect in your account.

  1. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests may not be accepted if:

  • The order has already been shipped/dispatched.
  • The order has already been delivered.
  • The order is already being processed for dispatch.
  1. Eppa-Initiated Cancellation

Eppa reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

If Eppa cancels a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  1. How to Request Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, contact Eppa customer support and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Reason for Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible, as orders may be processed or dispatched quickly.

Eppa reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
